Let me rephrase that. :-)
That seems to answer the question of the pdf documents I create with
Acrobat 5 being accessible.

Well...yes, once *everyone* is using Acrobat 5 to create PDF documents, and
once the millions of existing (not so wonderful) PDF documents have been
recreated in version 5 format. :-)
