I didn't use the <.caption> ..... </.caption> tag because the caption for
this table is a header (The page is at
http://www.fs.fed.us/r6/umpqua/nat_res/plants/nump_wflower.html). I doubt
if I could use <.caption>.. <.caption> inside a <.table> .... <./table> .

Is there any advantage to using a  caption?
