need help with frames

Hi,
I had like 14 mistakes on my main site so I went to fixing it and made even 
more mistakes..ouch!!
So I have started over entirely  with a bolder look. Im trying to get text to 
fit in next to the left side bar (frame) and below top frame but can't seem 
to figure it out. Can it be done with out adding a third frame.  And does 
having the whole page in frames slow the loading time?  
Im also trying to construct a page with hopefully only one graphic.

Also I have found that if I continuesly use edit programs I forget the 
correct coding.
Please help   !!!

You can view what Im talking about on the site below but this is not the new 
page. This is the one with all the mistakes..
