fp webots & SGML

Could someone give me a list of all the frontpage 2000 webots available. I
don't use frontpage (noteTab and HTML Kit) but I would still like to code
frontpage includes and use Web Folders to transfer to my frontpage space.

Also, what is SGML - super graphics markup language? (just a guess)
I've seen ihtml in use but don't know what it's for.
shtml - using at the moment ?server? html
anyone have info on any other .*ml; .*m?
xml - extensible markup language. sounds good. create your own tags. Like we
kind of do already with CSS combined with id and class attributes, but
create your own.
