In addition to Jay's helpful post...
You can also add other "secondary applications" to the right-click menu.
Open Windows Explorer.  Click Tools | Folder Options and select the file
type for which you are looking.  Click the [edit] button.  Click the [new]
button.  Type in a unique name and insert the command line for your program.
Click [ok] 3 times to save the changes and return to explorer.  Now right
click on your file and select your new menu item.
