mmm Netscape doesn't like this!

why are there a load of images shown at the bottom when viewed in NN?
the images are also correctly shown in the top left of the screen (menubar).
I'm using ilayer for netscape and iframe for internet explorer. Alignment
problems will be sorted out in due course with the right column width being
adjusted and the left one shortened for 800x600 users to fit it on screen. I
will neglect 640x480 for now. but why does this happen in netcrap 4.5?
