Hi Kass.

This may sound "rude & crude", but there are a lot of people that don't have
the knowledge to resize or move the window (on a PC) to and from a full
screen mode, and a less than full screen mode. Then we get minimal
information regarding a problem, can't duplicate the problem, and therefore,
can't correct the problem.

Then, on the other hand, does this person have the font size set to maximum
size? What browser were they using? Even though I'm a advocate and
supporter of compatible design, we can't build for every one's customized
system.

I would ask the person that noticed the "problem" to elaborate. Your page
looks fine in IE4 & NN4 under Win98, and NN4 under Linux, Lynx on Linux
showed about 10 blank screens before the content showed. This page was even
quite viewable with the WebTV Viewer. (BTW, the WebTV Viewer did give some
JavaScript "BlackHole" warnings.) Nevertheless, no problems with a lack of
scroll bar, or any sign of text overflow.

Subject: Potential Scrolling Problem

Hi all:

Sorry to bother you folks with this, but I just got an e-mail from one of
my clients. She tells me she got an e-mail from someone reporting a problem
with no scroll bar visible and the text on the page overflowing the screen.
I can't see it - I've tried different resolutions, and while I know the
code is lousy on the page - I did it in a huge hurry - I don't want to go
in and fix all of the code if this is some fluke. I know that isn't the
best attitude, but I have been fighting with this page for what feels like
ages. (Some of you have been a huge help on getting what is working,
working - thanks to all.)

So, the page is http://www.crohns.net/testimonials.html and if you can let
me know if it overflows, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!

Kass
