Java Applets

I am wondering if anyone has seen anything like these different java
applets.

Does anyone know of a resource to find applets like these?

I have scoured Java Boutique but came up empty.
I am wondering if I may have to pay a company to create them for me.  Does
anyone have any ideas on other types of code that can create things like
this?
