Problems With Flag Gif in Netscape

Help!  I use MSIE 5.5, and just happened to check my pages in Netscape 6.1.
The animated flag I'm using doesn't display right w/Netscape.  Something is
wrong w/the frames of the gif as partially through the animation the size of
the gif jumps larger then smaller again.  The gif was originally 150 pixels
and I resized it to 90.  It looks fine in IE.  Any suggestions other than
keeping it the original 150 pixel size?
