tables and frames

I have built a site using tables for an individual who wanted to post a
collection of original poetry. He likes the site but now wants to add 3-5
more poems to the site. My problem is my table changes and the graphics do
not line up when I add the new pages. I have remade the site using a
frameset which will work except now I have an ugly scrolling bar on the side
of the page. I know there is a way to keep the frameset and get rid of the
scroll bar. But I don't know how to do that. Will someone PLEASE help!! The
