I believe the Marquee tag is a Microsoft dealy which functions only in IE.
If memory serves, the coresponding tag in Netscape Navigator would be the
<blink> tag, which functions only in Netscape. More intricacies and
surprises than a presidential interns' closet, this HTML stuff. Call it job
security, I guess...
