This group really does try to stay ON topic here, but some questions
are posted as being applicable to this group whether it strictly
follows the guidelines (sent out each Friday) or not.

Are you seeing a lot? Maybe it's all the same thread and the list
guides are allowing it because they agree it is relevant to the group.
