a class ids

I am trying to use classes to do the table in the center of the page.
I want them to be centered and have the text of the first and the fourth
link.
The second and third links seem to be reverting to the general a link.
I am sure my explanation is confused.  I put the table above the table I am
trying to redo using style sheets so both of them are on the page.  How am I
writing this wrong so the second and third links don't have the correct
size?
