Dear Fuzzy,

I looked at the site you mentioned.  The alternate text
did not show;    - I looked at the source code and
noticed that all the "alt"s are left blank.

Notwithstanding the above,  my IE4 browser had
no problem showing alt text until today.

Any suggestions, anyone?
