Hello

I am working on a site that is behaving strangely. It all looks fine on all
the different PC's at all resolutions etc.
I am getting involved with a Mac college and am starting to learn iMac so as
to teach them. I have noticed that my pages look awful on the iMac but
couldn't work out why. I have been lent an iMac for today to work out a
course so had a quick look at my pages. I can see what has happened but
don't know why. Perhaps a Mac person could help. This is the problem. It
is in all the browsers (Netscape and explorer) on different iMacs.

1. I have tables with rowspan and colspan.
2. There are 3 rows so the first column says rowspan = 3
3. This is fine on the PC but when looking at my table with table
border ="0" I can see that the bottom row goes right across the
screen instead of just on the right.
4. This is fixed if I change to rowspan = 4
5. I changed it to 4 on the PC and strangely enough it looks fine. Only
one PC and browser though. There are 3 rows so I am not sure what to do.
The iMac has dreamweaver on it so opened the page (with rowspan=3) there and
it displayed
fine. Both Netscape and explorer on iMac were bad though.

The above numbers apply to the page http://www.parksgroup.co.za/bk/fh.html
and then on the
farmhouse page.
The rates and info page is the same but doesn't look as bad because of the
layout. It also is fixed by adding another number to the rowspan.

I only have the iMac until tomorrow morning and don't really understand it
and have to give lessons on it next week (the pressure!!!) so can't spend
too much time testing my own pages. Have to write a course on it.
Please, please anyone who understands this problem could they help me.
It is quite worrying as I believe the iMac is growing fast. I won't always
be able to see my pages on one. I don't know if this problem applies to all
Macs or is on the iMac only. It is odd that dreamweaver on the iMac shows
the page correctly.

Perhaps the problem is with my table (most probably is) and just doesn't
show up in PC.

Thank you for any help I can get
love
Moira
