center images

Hi List,
    I want to place an image in the center of the browser (top to bottom as
well as side to side) so it is there in all resolutions.. Can someone tell
me how to do this. I don't want to use frames unless I have to. Side to side
is easy but I don't know about the top to bottom bit.
