Hello Sheila,

I use Paint Shop Pro to create gif graphics for my web sites.  As long as
the font you want is loaded on your system, just create the graphic you need
with just about any kind of background (transparent, etc.).  The section
headings on my site (below) are done that way.  The gifs at the top
(flaming/glowing) were created using the tools at flamingtext.com, a freebie
site.  It has a huge selection of fonts; you may find the one you need to
use is available there (you have to use the fonts available on their web
site:
