Hi Jolene--

I can see three things to change:

1.  Make a new cell at the top of your main table, with colspan set to "2",
and put your title banner into it.  Put <.td><.img><./td> tags for this cell
all on one line, no spaces.

3.  Set the cell with the nav table to valign="top".

4.  Set cellpadding and cellspacing for the main table to "0".
