File Download Stats Tracker

I'm dangerously close to my web page host's size limit.  As such I need to
track statistics on which of my downloads are most popular so the others can
be removed.  Unfortunately, the stats they provide me do _not_ include
downloads.  I also use eXTReme Tracking and Site Meter -- neither of which
tracks downloads.  Can anyone suggest a _free_ tracking device for
downloads?
