that has a similiar (but I think better !) effect. I (ahem) lifted the
effect from the site of a large electrical company, who have now re-vamped
their site and taken the effect away. I haven't tested it under Netscape -
just IE4. Oh, and it's done with Javascript and a fistful of GIF's.

I have fallen so far behind!  Geez!  Can someone take a look at this and
tell me how the mouse thing with the stars is done?  Is it CSS?  Java?
Frontpage??  This is the first time I have seen this and I think it is
