The good news is that including the closing p tag is the future of the
language anyway, so at least it's not a *backwards* problem...:)

When the closing paragraph tag is omitted, NN4.6 crashes every time. A
unique discovery, you should report this one as a bug report to Netscape.

When the table is omitted, it doesn't matter whether the closing paragraph
tag is missing (no crashes).

You have this p-style tag in your page, and it seems you just need to close
it!
