You can edit the default template that governs the creation of new pages in
DW.  It is in the configuration\templates folder in the default installation
and is called Default.html

I was wandering if anybody knew of a way to make Dreamweaver
automatically insert a DTD.  I can manually type one in the
HTML editor window but that just takes more time.  Plus I'm
not the best typer.
