Have a look at http://www.nokia.com/corporate/wap/index.html for some info,
and at http://www.microsoft.com/WIRELESS/fphone.asp for details of MS Mobile
Explorer.

You might also want to see what the W3C is doing by looking at
http://www.w3.org/Mobile/Activity .
