Graphics in Tables NS vs. IE

Help,

I am going out of my mind with this one, I'm missing something and I need
some other eyes to point me in the right direction.

Please view the test page below...In both IE and in Netscape

In IE the bevel curve gif on the left hand side sits on the blue bar just as
I want it to.

In Netscape I have about a 3 px white gap.  I have tried every combination
of aligns, valigns, boarders, margins etc that I can come up with to no
avail.

Can someone point out to me what I am doing wrong to make them both look the
same...
