Strange Messages

I have received at least 25 occurrences of the same message (sent from many
different addresses), all having perhaps a handful of Subject Lines.

The messages all go:

Hi! How are you?

I send you this file in order to have your advice

See you later. Thanks

Subject line on this one (and several others) was:

University of Guelp1

Does anyone recognize the wording above as being some kind of virus/worm
program?  There is always an icon for an attachment (paperclip in Outlook
Express), but I don't see an attachment.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
