5D PDF Creator adds a menu item to Word, File>5D PDF Creator>Create PDF
File/Settings. It also adds an item to the available printers list so that
you can output a file to it. This is available free for people who register
with http://www.ctrlp.com (a UK print company, so it may be UK residents
only), or can be purchased (see http://www.pdfstore.com/ or
http://www.five-d.com/)
