You could try something like:

<bgsound src="B5/open_program.wav" loop="-1">

Where "B5" is the sub directory the sound file is in and "open_program.wav"
is the actual file you wish played.
Could cause issues for people in locations where a sound playing is a no-no.
Far better to put the link on the page and let them play it themselves as
required.
