I haven't worked with FP2K yet, but in FP98, the only "successful" way I
have been able to import a Word page into FP was to cut & paste it in (in
the first window, not the HTML window)...I lost the formatting half the
time, but that was easy to fix.

P.S.
This fidget with FP was just one more reason I changed my choice of editor
for my day-to-day tasks.
