Hi,
If you have Internet Explorer 5+ on your machine, it will also serve as an
FTP client.  All you do is type in ftp instead of http for your URL (like:
ftp://www.yoursite.com) then if there are permissions a box comes up where
you enter your login name & password... & then you can drag files back &
forth between folders.  Coffecup Software also has a very easy to learn
freeware FTP client.
