This tag designates a "division" within the document which is reserved for
the data being coded. It tells the browser that the coding between the
starting <DIV> and ending </DIV> tags goes in a special place on the page.

For example, to make a picture appear in the center of the page you would do
this:

<div align="center">PIC SOURCE CODING HERE</div>
