Try the CSS validator from the organization that created the standard, the
W3C:

http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/

You have three options:

1. Validate a style sheet that is online (just provide the address)
2. Validate a style sheet on your computer (upload the file)
3. Download the validator program to your own computer.  Haven't done this,
but it requires that you have a Java interpreter installed on your computer.

.... and of course, it's free.  Can't get cheaper than that, and it's from
the horse's mouth!
