I have been trying to set up a form on a web site utilizing the host's
autoresponder so that when the user submits the form, an autoresponse is
sent to the e-mail address they have typed into the e-mail field. I have
set up a "realname" Javascript that sends the form with the typed in e-mail
address as the return address. This is testing correctly but the
autoresponder for some reason is not recognizing the return address and not
sending an autoresponse. The autoresponder does work when I send a regular
e-mail to it. The form in question is at
http://www.sportsteam.com/emailsignup.html. The tech support guys at the
hosting company say that my script is set up correctly but they have no idea
why it is not working. Does anyone have any ideas for a fix? Also, I am
assuming that I will probably need to just purchase an autoresponder
program...any recommendations?
Thanks!
~Blue
