once again, I've downloaded the zip, unzipped it with winzip and opened up
the individual files without difficulty...the gif's opened in photoshop (my
default program) and the text in Notepad (also default). It's highly
unlikely that any PC user would not have Notepad -- it's part of the windows
system.

He's definitely going to have to give you specifics....Are you absolutely
sure that he's actually unzipped the files and isn't trying to open them
directly into a text editor or imaging program??
