At the W3C site

there is a list of entities and their coding.

The registered symbol is "&reg;", or ampersand, the letters reg, and then
the semi-colon (NOT including the quotes)

Then I believe the copyright symbol is &copy;

Insert the code after the text you want the symbol to appear.
