What the heck is GNKSA

I'm finally getting back and reading some of the posts from over the

On this one I drew a blank.

I mean no disrespect, nor do I want to start another war. But just who or
what is GNKSA -- and who or what gave them permission to approve or
disapprove of e-mail programs??

I know there is a zillion combinations of upper case letters flitting about,
that mean something to someone--like our DTD we have been fussing over--but
I can not seem to recall a GNKSA.

Just curious.
