image placement

I am trying to make the buttons on the page line up with the lines directly
to the left.  I was going to map them but you have to use a gif and it lost
the look of the image when I converted it so tried to use a table.  I have
one validation error of vertical-align=top.
It looks all right on IE but jumps all over the place on Netscape.
