I'm not sure there is a pat answer to this one. Obviously, as
long as you keep the files themselves, as HTML it will be system
independent. The ideal answer might be to have them placed on a
CD. Even there, some "executive" machines still have not upgraded
to CD.

You could put it all on the web and have them look at it there.

Yes, there is software to allow Mac and PC to read each others
disk but again, not everyone has it.

I see no way around it. You may have to create both. The
temptation is naturally to go with PC--shear numbers--but one
must remind himself that the percentage of Mac's may well be
higher among "corporate" machines. The ten to one ratio may be
closer to four or five to one and that's giving away a lot of
potential employers.

If it was going to boil down to money--and if you are as broke as
most of us--I would suggest straight e-mail, coupled with a web
site. If you were going to attach files to e-mail, I think I
would go with .pdf and hope they have a reader. PDF can be
generated by Canvas and many other programs as well as Adobe's
Arcobat. Failing this, you could always attach Word files in both
Mac and PC formats.

Not sure how it is done but our local County Government sends us
agendas as Word files. I know there are created on a Mac but we
receive them as .doc files and they open in Word 97 on a Windows
machine just fine. Their e-mail would indicate that news media
all over town are receiving them and no one seems to complain.

Once again, I have done a lot of talking but no real answers ...
Good luck and best wishes:
