ftp program

I am looking for a free ftp program.  I currently use ftp Commander, but it
doesn't seem to allow me to set permissions for CGI scripts (it doesn't have
any way to do the chmod thing).  I used to use and enjoy ws_ftp, but now it
only offers a 30 day free trial and then it is disabled.
