Any content that anyone creates is automatically copyrighted the moment you
save it to a file. In addition, the copyright symbol or associated legal
jargon is NOT required with the content for the copyright protection to be
in force. However, it is recommended.

The biggest issues as always are:

proof of creation
money to persue legal action
time to persue legal action

Of course, without the first item, the other two are a mute point.

I just found out that one of my clipart pieces has been used on one of those
"zillions of clipart" CDs that is being sold commercially at a variety of
places including "Staples" - without my permission or knowledge.

Do I have any legal recourse that any of you know of?
