Mailto: Form

I have a page with a Mailto: form and it seems to work ok for some people
and not for others.  For instance, people in the US don't seem to have a
problem but people outside the US do or it could be that PC users don't have
a problem but Mac users do.  I've been told that it's probably not the form
but something todo with the way the Mac is set up for outgoing mail or
somehting to do with the ISP provider the person outside the US is using.

Any thoughts or suggestions.
