table gets cut off when printed

Hello,

I'm working on a page with a form that is for the purpose of printing only.
When the page is printed a portion on the right side is cut off. I need the
form in the table to print completely.  The navagation buttons don't have to
print. If they weren't there the page would print alright (on my computer at
least if that is also a factor).
