Virus Question

I don't know anything about the virus that has been discussed on this post,
but during the last two days I have received two strange emails, one in
English and one in Spanish, asking me to look at the attached file and let
them know what I think. The one in Spanish had a file called
ATT000something.doc.dat. The one I got today was called weeklygrid.doc.bat.
In both cases, the file sizes were particularly large (about 150K).
Naturally, I'm not going to open them unless I get a further explanation
from the sender, but I was wondering what the list thought about this.
