A thought from a longtime Coffee Cup user: their site tracks you by IP it
seems. If you're logging in for an upgrade from a different server you'll
get the nasty little no eligibility for upgrades note. I did, and went back
and logged from my original server. Voila! As to support: Keep at them. You
WILL eventually get to a human, honest, and once you do they are quick to
make good.
