problems with css and links in netscape

Hallo,

I have a problem with Netscape.

The homepage of a website I have designed [http://www.tecnolingueitalia.com]
does not "work" with Netscape since all the links on the homepage are
ignored by Netscape. All the non-working links are positioned in layers and
their "look" is
defined by style-sheets.

The rest of the website seems to work well, even in Netscape. It is only the
text links whose appearance I have defined with css that don't work.

I am fairly ignorant of Netscape compatibility issues, I must say, but I
want to learn. Can someone explain to me what the problem might be?
