Most probably the computer Gods wanted one of you and got confused as
Anyway, your page rendered just fine on my IE 5.0. No reason why it
shouldn't be visible on IE 4.0 as well -- the code looked fine to me.
A few things came to mind.
--> Make white transparent in your images.
--> Use bgcolor="#ffffff" in the <body> tag.
--> Use ALT in your <IMG> tag.
