Instead of putting forth the effort to start up a new forum, I suggest
that you join an existing group. I believe that a reason why the
original mailing lists are quiet today is because the membership is
spread out among the many lists now available. Besides, if nobody is
posting here, how can you expect anything different in a brand new
forum? A few good mailing lists are listed at the bottom of this
article:
