:The <noscript> tag is not a particularly useful element as it is
:inconsistently supported among browsers. It was introduced by Netscape
at the
:version 3.0 stage,
and introduced in IE3
:so <script>-able browsers like Internet Explorer and NN 2.0
:display the contents of the <noscript> tag as well as the content of
the
:<script> tag.
NN2 will not display the the actual content of <script>. The script tag
was formalized in HTML 3.2, and supported by IE3 and NN2.
