I truly don't know if this is correct or not, but I would guess that this is
not correct. When the searching robot requests the page, the robot is given
the entire page with all includes already included by the server, regardless
of the method used, just as when you request the page with your browser.
Neither the robot nor you will see the #include or ?php.
