Well, I think you could set something like that up with what is called a 
drop-down menu. This would use javascript and you simply insert the code 
anywhere on the page. Unfortunately, I'm not quite sure if you can link it 
using an external javascript, but it's worth a try. Anyway, if you like you 
can reply to this message privately and I will send you the code to make a 
drop down menu and instructions for an external link.
