Frame Question

Hi everyone!

I am just learning frames and have a quick question. I have set up two
frames. The left being the menu with buttons to other pages. The right side
being the page I want to open when the button is pressed.

How do I tell the button, when clicked to open the new page in the right
hand side? Currently at the moment when the button is clicked it is opening
a whole new browser page.
